The story
A young couple goes house hunting. The realtor gives the husband a private tour of every room while his wife lingers a door away, and by signing day more than the sale has closed.
Why it’s hot
Every room on the tour is a private showing for the husband while his wife is never more than a door away. By the time they sign, the realtor has closed more than a sale.
Who it suits
A house tour as a scene list is a neat device. Good for fans of risky encounters with a partner nearby.
